First graduation party Done ✅ I am absolutely humbled after this evening! Thank you to the Yost family for allowing us the honor to serve at your daughter's graduation party! Short story: It took some time and collaboration to make this event happen. We went over several menu options and decided to do one with only tacos. I'm notorious for my competitive nature, so I saw this as a great opportunity for a challenge, & it was exactly that! 300+ tacos later... 😆 I think we're going to take a break from tacos for awhile (not true). It was a great chance to learn and grow and we did just that. I thought, ya know... No nachos , quesadillas, bowls, etc... This should be easy! Well, it was easier in some areas, but more complicated in others. It just goes to show that the slightest deviation from normal can be just enough of a curve ball to throw you off. But you need moments like that to be more prepared for what's ahead. Tomorrow we'll be in Seville for the annual 'A Gathering in the Village'. If you needed something to do this Sunday, this is it! We got the day started down in Berlin Ohio serving @tektonengineering! We were moving QUICK! Our goal was to have the food ready as soon as our guest checked out & we did that the majority of the time, an average of less than 30 seconds per guest. What a great effort by our crew 🔥🔥🔥 Then we paid a visit to our friends at @lincolnwayvineyards and enjoyed a night of happy people in a happy place, with great music and drinks. Sorry we didn't get any pictures of the evening, I'm tired 😆 Tomorrow we have a graduation party & an event in Seville this Sunday that you don't want to miss! 🗓️
